Dr. Serdar Nasir has 19 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery, he is currently working at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He was rewarded with the title of Associate Professor in 2011 and in 2019 title of Professor.

Dr. Serdar Nasir is a profound plastic surgeon he worked with and gained a good reputation because of his work. He worked with well known surgeon Dr. Siemionow for 2 years on composite tissue transplants. He has become 2nd surgeon to successfully perform face transplant in Turkey and 3rd for full face transplant in the world. He has led a large team to successfully perform the world’s first four limb transplants in Hacettepe University.
