Dr. Ali Duman
I was born in 1973 in Stuttgart-Germany.
After graduating from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School in 1991
I completed Hacettepe Medical Faculty English Medicine Department in 1997.
I studied vascular surgery and microsurgery in Utrecht-Holland and Dresden-Germany in 1994 and 1995.
In 2003, I received my Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery expertise from Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training Hospital. I have a graduation thesis and many national and international publications on capsules developing around the Silicone Implant in breast augmentation operations.
Between 2004-2005, I worked as the Chief of Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Gölcük Naval Hospital. During this 8-month period, I performed approximately 500 operations. Obviously, this period has a great impact on my aesthetic surgery education.
When the Thread Punch ™ system, which I developed in the field of hair transplantation in 2007, produced very meaningful results, I had the opportunity to participate in many international meetings.
We are now serving my patients and friends in our clinic in Zorlu Center. In this new clinic, besides our personal filling and botox applications, we can eliminate many aesthetic and cosmetic discomfort with our 2018 model Fractional Micro-needle Radiofrequency and Ellipse Laser platform, which is also the wonderful child of 2018.
In principle, I do not do any application that I feel will not work or that I think cannot fully respond to the complaints of my patients. Sometimes people ask me to say what they want to hear from me, but if the complaint still won’t go away after 15 sessions, I should say THAT IT WOULD NOT WORK FOR YOU and send my patient to a center, a colleague, where he will perhaps be really satisfied.
I have worked like this until today and have been able to make both myself and my patients happy in this way.
Throughout my life as a Doctor and Aesthetic Surgery, the most important thing I care about has been that my patients trust me. As long as I can maintain this, there cannot be a happier person than me.
Why Do We Need Aesthetic Surgery?
Every person needs confidence. Self-confidence requires being at peace with yourself first. It is now in our hands to prevent the effects of years and the environment on our body from shaking our self-confidence. It should not be forgotten that plastic surgery is a science that primarily treats people’s self-confidence.
Every human being wants to love, admire his body. For women, this is a much more important requirement.
The job of us Plastic Surgeons should be to make people feel at peace with their body, face, hair or maybe their eyelids, not create new problems or obsessions for them. I cannot say that a patient who comes to me for an excess of his thighs also has a deformity in his nose. I should not say ..

With Aesthetic Surgery, it is possible to get rid of the scars created by years or the environment on our body and face as much as possible, to feel fresher and healthier, and to refresh our self-confidence with a harmonious appearance.

Aesthetic Surgery has become an easily accessible practice today. People can easily access detailed information about aesthetic operations with the help of the internet, they can make an appointment with the Aesthetic Surgeon they want, ask their questions and have the surgery done. Many operations, which were thought to be done only by artists until a short time ago, are extremely accessible to people of all sociocultural and economic levels.
However, no matter how short, easy, comfortable and comfortable it is, Aesthetic Surgery operations must be performed by Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeons under appropriate conditions and with the help of appropriate devices and equipment.
