Dr. Adolfo Sesto
Dr. Adolfo Sesto earned the credentials of “Surgeon General” and “Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon” from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico, in addition to his “MD” from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. His education and specialist training took place at the internationally known “Institute of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Dr. Josè Guerrerosantos,” where he worked with the eminent “Maestro Guerrerosantos,” one of the pioneers in plastic surgery, on his fat transfer research.
Dr. Sesto continued his studies in advanced plastic surgery techniques in the United States, pioneering the use of laser in cosmetic operations and surgeries in the Dominican Republic, completing the country’s first of these procedures as well as the first endoscopic facelift. He was the first Dominican plastic surgeon to be admitted to membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
