Right after surgery it feels like abolutely nothing, and then some degree of pain. But until you get to explore it it doesn’t start getting turned by your brain into a new map of a vulva and vagina. Some of the nerves in the vagina are sensory nerves from internal sources, and some were part of your scrotum and now your labia majora. Some are going to take time to reennervate the relocated tissue.
When that is all done it is amazing. You get to experience this whole world of new sensations. Not necessarily all pleasurable ones, but new and different. Yet some are the same. Touch is always going to be touch.
Amazing for me was that the labia and the clitoral shaft have a gtreat deal of sensitivity. That at least parts of the vagina, when appropriately stimulated feel really nice. In fact I finally understood some of what I had so poorly understood as a guy when making love.
But when there’s no stimulation there’s no sense of anything, any more than I had a sense of my penis being there before. Your brain filters out the mundane.
