Dr. Oksar is active in many medical associations and organizations. He is currently a member of leading professional associations, such as The Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (TSAPS), The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS), and The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASAPS).
