Born in Mersin on June 5, 1980, Dr. Salih Onur Basat graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He completed his medical specialty at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine’s Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 201. Subsequently, he completed his mandatory state service as a specialist doctor in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital between 2012 and 2014. 

During his assistantship in 2009, he won first place in the Clinical Branch Assistant Paper Contest.’ He contributed to and still participates in many national and international congresses.
