Dr Md Abdul Kalam Dhaka

PROF. MD. ABUL KALAM (MBBS, FCPS, MD) is a veteran consultant in the field of Surgery. He specializes in the field of Plastic  surgery. In the year 1983, by passing his MBBS from Dhaka medical college, Prof. Dr. Md. Abul Kalam emerged as a professional doctor. After the successful completion of MBBS, Prof. Dr. Abul Kalam completed his FCPS in 1997. He then went on to complete his MHPEd. from University of New South Wales.

Prior to working as a consultant in Samorita Hospital limited as a consultant, Prof. Dr. Abul Kalamhad been actively involved in medical research. He has successfully presented multiple thesis to the medical society. Some of these include: A thesis on Carcinoma breast: Problems in our country, A thesis on Evaluation of Educational program at CME. Besides these, he has more than 40 scientific papers.

Professor Dr. Abul Kalam is currently working as a professor in the department of surgery in Dhaka Medical College, apart from his present involvement as a consultant in Samorita hospital Limited.
