Akdeniz University Hospital
Akdeniz University Hospital took over the (old) Chest Diseases Hospital (currently Aşur AKSU Hospital) in Kepez between 1982 and 1997 due to the fact that it does not have its own building, and served in this building with a bed capacity of 213 and the additional buildings built.
D Block , which started to be built in
1986, started to serve with an area of 1.556 m2 in 1986, E Block, which was started to be built in 1986, started to serve with an area of 13.745 m2 in 1986 .
F Block, which was started to be built in 1986, started to serve with an area of 2.394 m2 in 1986 .
A1 Block, which was started to be built in 1995, started to serve with an area of 35.578 m2 in 1997 .
In 1997, all units serving in the temporary hospital in Kepez moved to our new hospital with 425 beds on the campus.
The 150-bed Emergency-Aid, Trauma and Organ Transplant Hospital, which was started to be built in 1998, was completed in 1999 and put into service in integrity with the main hospital. C Block, which started to be built in 2000, started to serve with an area of 4.215 m2 in 2000 and its bed capacity reached 650. B Block, whose construction started in 2003, started to serve with an area of 24.157 m2 in 2003 . H Block, which was started to be built in 2005, started to serve with an area of 41.632 m2 in 2005 . Since its construction in 2005 Alcohol and Drug Addiction Research and Application Center 2005 1.055 m2
started to serve with the field.
K Block, whose construction started in 2006, started to serve with an area of 7.850 m2 in 2006 .
The Schizophrenia Center, whose construction started in 2008, started to serve in 2008 with an area of 530 m2 .
The Psychiatry Day Polyclinic, which started to be built in 2008, started to serve in 2008 with an area of 16,300 m2 .
P Blok, whose construction started in 2011, started to serve with an area of 4.300 m2 in 2011 .
A2 Block, whose construction started in 2012, started to serve with an area of 25.285 m2 in 2013 .

Our hospital is a health complex that accepts 3700 new patients per day with a bed capacity of 983 , and intensive care units with 87 beds serve approximately 900.000 patients a year from Antalya and the surrounding provinces . In addition to the outpatient clinic and hospital beds is a reference position of Turkey.
